In the event that you wish to exchange
or return your purchase, please thoroughly read the following.
You must adhere to the policy below, or your request for exchange
or return will be denied.
We do not accept any Return or Exchange on following Items: Accessories,
Color Ring and All Clearance Items.
No Refund on item(s) priced under $30.00. Exchange or Store Credit
Only!
Exchange or return will not be accepted unless pre-authorized
by our return department. Request for Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number must be made with in 5 business
days from receipt of order via e-mail at Beautyhairmarket-Return@hotmail.com
or fax at 86(374)262-9008.
We must receive return merchandise within 15 business days after
RMA# has been issued. Please inquire at time of request for RMA#.
Return freight charges are prepaid by customer. Collect shipments
will be refused.
Returning merchandise must be sent back in its original factory
condition and packaging. We cannot accept items that are not in
original factory condition. The return item must have the original
hairnet, labels and tags still attached and undamaged. Items must
not have been worn other than to try it on. Items altered in any
way, washed, exposed to smells, such as cigarette smoke or perfume
will not be accepted. Do not mark, tape or attach anything which
may cause damage to the original factory packaging/wig box. Damaged
packaging/wig box will not be accepted for return.
Do not send your return order without Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA# must be clearly
marked on outside of shipping box, or the package will be refused.
All returns are subjected to a re-stocking fee (most exchanges
are exempt) due to the personal nature of the hair goods industry.
We only sell merchandise to our customers, all returns and exchanges
are sent back to us. The restocking fee is charged based upon
what we are charged by our producing cost.
Restocking fee is
$20 for amount up to $50 and $25 for amount $51 to $100 and
for orders over $100 restocking fee is $30 or 20% (whichever
is greater).
Returns:
Restocking Fee will be applied for all refunds .
Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We offer one exchange per item without Restocking Fee. (Re-shipping
and handling fee will be charged.)
Exchange must be equal or higher amount. If exchange item is lower
amount, the difference will be applied as store credit towards
your next purchase. Difference amount can not be refunded.
Once you have exchanged and wish to return it for refund, restocking
fee will be doubled.
For Second Exchange, restocking fee will be charged .
If the requested exchange item is out of stock, and a refund is
requested instead, the restocking fee will be applied.
Please allow up to two weeks for the exchange order to be processed.
Exchange orders will be shipped Regular Ground Service.
